Working on traditional animation is very therapeutic, albeit it's insane and rather time-consuming workload. A few friends, together with me, came up with this Nursery Rhyme Hell idea and decided to work on it for an assignment. And little did we expect it to be this hellish for us too.
Done in only pencil lines and a compilation software, Wake! is an animation that made a great impact in my life and paved my passion for working on traditional medium for animation. It is the first time I've woken to the fact that although beautiful and magical, traditional animation is a dying art and it isn't exactly easy to accomplish either. It also woke the love in me, for traditional mediums and ways of animation.
It is indeed a waking-up-to-reality project for me.
